Transformations from grass to desert-friendly landscaping are taking place all throughout the Coachella Valley, including Desert Falls Country Club, Ironwood Country Club HOA #8, Somerset HOAs and Indian Ridge Country Club in Palm Desert.
These projects removed 44,000 square feet, saving about $2.4 million gallons of water per year. These HOAs also received a Coachella Valley Water District rebate.
