CV Water Counts is thrilled to announce the return of Water Counts Academy, now celebrating its ninth year! This free, comprehensive program offers community leaders, business professionals, and residents a behind-the-scenes look at how water is managed throughout the Coachella Valley.
The 2026 Academy will take participants through key topics and challenges shaping the region’s water future, including:
- Water Supply & Conservation
- Planning for the Future
- Reliable Water Service
- The Cost of Water
- Conservation in Action
The 2026 program begins in February 2026, with sessions held on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at UCR Palm Desert. The Academy concludes with a graduation ceremony and tour. Stay tuned for the final schedule coming soon.
